But what i found was that it's not the Facebook who put those ads. It's from a website called yontoo. Be careful when adding Google Chrome Extensions. You may find some extensions related to this website. In some extensions it's called yontoo layers. The Good thing is that you can easily remove or disable those extensions to get rid of this.
